Mel and her team are so personable & professional in their approach to managing young adolescents. They've been wonderful with my daughter. Their communication is awesome and Mel was so supportive over the COVID shutdown - always keeping us updated and making herself available as required. From the moment my son and I met Mel and the team we felt at ease. Over the 3 year period that my son had his braces on it has been a pleasure to see them at each appointment.
